PAYMENT TERMS
Payment 1: €300 reservation deposit. With this payment you will have your place on the trip guaranteed.
Payment 2: €450. This payment must be made, at the latest, up to three months before the departure of the trip or earlier.
Payment 3: €545. This payment must be made, at the latest, up to 30 days before the departure of the trip or earlier.
Payment 4: €600 in cash in euros at the destination directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the trip does not take place for reasons beyond the client’s control, the amount paid as a reservation will be fully refunded.
What is the cancellation policy for group trips to the Maldives?
Once the reservation payment has been completed, it will not be refundable.
However, there is the option to reschedule the trip for other dates, provided that notice is given at least 30 days in advance.
But as we understand that plans can change, our packages include cancellation insurance with Chapka. This insurance allows the trip to be cancelled due to reasons such as illness, accident, cancellations due to extraordinary causes or force majeure. If your cancellation falls under any of these situations, you will be able to process it without any problem.
